- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Triple F! After a week of trying to speak to somebody, anybody when they finally answer the phone they placed me on hold long enough that I actually forgot where I was calling so I just forgot about it. Called again and finally after 3 days they picked up and told me that it would take them one week to LOOK at my referral, not only that but I had to wait another 5 months for her to schedule an appointment for me.
